Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Items purchased on sale or clearance

Process for Returns

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost.
